Early in the pandemic, communities had to rethink how to connect and coordinate their response efforts. In response, a small group of Latino executive leaders—led by Grace Nystrum (Bank of America), Simon Munoz (Wells Fargo), and Gina Esquivel (Civic Canvas)—came together to launch a virtual network aimed at aligning efforts across organizations from various sectors.

Over the past several years, this group has galvanized Latino leadership, raised awareness, strengthened connectivity, and, most importantly, fostered a strong community of support. Our mission is to bring executive leaders together for conversations that shape the broader Latino leadership ecosystem in the Charlotte region. We work to identify gaps in representation and advocate for greater inclusion in key spaces of influence.

As a convener for networks and institutions committed to the greater good, we remain dedicated to advancing leadership development, collective impact, and equitable representation in Charlotte and beyond.
